Dahlias are not Winter hardy. Dig tubers in fall and store in dry peatmoss in cool, frost free location.
Plant tubers 2" deep and 24" apart, in well-drained soil. Fertilize once per season. Water regularly, but do not over water. Pinching the secondary bud will lead to larger flowers, but less of them.
